The staff was excellent and knowledgeable, providing an attentive service. The comfort room was huge in my slippers, the bed was comfy. It had a fridge, an individual safe, and central heating, plus other facilities.

the hotel was located very close to the mountains and sestriere. had huge and big size junior suite for breakfast in my slippers and wake-up service was available in it. i really enjoyed a mini-bar, a sofa bed, and central heating. nice service, just what i needed.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the slopes and ski hire right next to the chairlift. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of skiing. The panoramic setting of the restaurant made our dining experience even better, with delicious breakfast and dinner options. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing great service throughout our stay.

The staff at this mountain resort are absolutely amazing, they are incredibly friendly, charming and always willing to go above and beyond to help. The food here is seriously impressive, especially the dinners which are held in a beautifully lit restaurant that could easily compete with top class establishments. The location is also pretty good, just a short 5-7 minute walk to the slopes where you can store your skis and boots. The views from the rooms are stunning, and everything is kept immaculately clean. But the real highlight of this hotel is the exceptional service and staff, I've traveled to over 50 countries and have never had such an incredible experience in terms of service. I can't recommend this place enough!
